Used gear 3 for about 3 years. A month ago they turned off and did not turn on. Pre-ordered these. I liked everything, but on the 2nd week I saw the first scratch. I thought "it's my own fault that I hurt somewhere." But a week later I looked closely and saw that there were already a dozen scratches! I use technology carefully. On the previous watch for 3 years, a couple of scratches. And these for 3 weeks in the trash. Here's a screen protector. Support refused to replace or return. Sent to those center at their own expense to change the screen (I guess that it costs half the cost of hours). The credibility of the brand collapsed.
