For as long as I can remember, there have always been phones from Sony. The last one is Xperia z5, which has served faithfully for more than 4 years . But recently it began to go to another world and I began to look for a replacement for it. Sony's flagships at the beginning of 2022 somehow did not attract both the price, the design, and the functions, so I decided to try something new. I did not chase the flagships of other brands, I was looking for something in the middle price segment. I rummaged through a bunch of sites, reviewed dozens of reviews and finally settled on Pixel 3a (including, on the recommendation of Googlephile friends). I must say right away that I did not regret my choice. The phone is really worth the money. Pixel in comparison with my old Sony - the earth and the sky in terms of speed. He just flies! All the main data was transferred quickly enough along the cord that comes with the Pixel, except for the photos. Google photos and Sony's gallery were not very friendly and the pictures were displayed in some chaotic order. Otherwise, I got used to the phone in just a few hours. The print is conveniently located, responds quickly, the screen is excellent, the oleophobic coating glides perfectly, with intensive use it easily survives until the evening, and with moderate use it lasts for one and a half to two days, it does not heat up, the sound is good. Nice vibration, not annoying. As for the camera, I expected more from it. A camera is like a camera, in my opinion. When you turn on the camera, the picture with the upcoming photo is sharp, juicy . We press "take a picture" and the picture in the gallery is no longer so lively and beautiful. But this is my personal opinion. Perhaps take some time to customize the phone for yourself: notifications, sound, menus, desktops, access to applications, etc. It is necessary to delve into all this, but then only positive moments! Many write that there is no indicator light. I had it on Sony and somehow I don’t suffer much without it, to be honest. AoD turned on, used and turned off. It is not needed and the battery eats up after all. Summarizing all of the above, I can definitely recommend the phone for purchase! :)
