I like that it helps me find candidates who are qualified, interested in my position, have good communication skills (which is important for our business), and more importantly will work well within an international team! It's not always easy finding people from different cultures/countries - but this service has helped us fill some gaps where we were struggling before. Nothing at all so far as i can think about! The platform itself could be improved though by adding filters or search functionality which would make searching easier. We're solving problems relating to hiring staff across Europe. Before using this software, there was no way of doing this other than sending out emails / calling everyone directly ourselves. This product allows us to streamline these processes significantly whilst ensuring we get high-quality applicants.
