I like the fact that it allows me to use my own database and customize it as needed. It's easy to learn and navigate through the site. The customer service has been great. They have helped us with any question we've had. There are a few things that could be done better. For example, there is no way to track orders in real time. I would recommend this product for anyone looking for a good solution for their business needs. This product has allowed us to keep up with all our customers' orders and information.
