I like this tone because I was looking for a harder consistency. However, I didn't want anything too difficult because I'm just a beginner. It takes a hot minute to get it ready in your hands to macerate, but well worth it in the long run. I'd rather get the clay pre-packaged like this than a block in a box. Where it is grey, it is clearly not transparent. If you are looking for transparent clay, I suggest investing in translucent or translucent clay.
