The tool is very user-friendly for both managers as well as team members who are not technical experts in using it but can learn quickly with training sessions or tutorials provided within its application interface (UI). It's easy enough so even nontechnical people like me could use this without any problem at first sight! I don't have anything particular about our system now since we're still testing how effective will be when fully implemented. But if you want something simple yet powerful then definitely give them try because they've got everything covered here from customer engagement management through real time feedbacks/feedback surveys etc., up until performance reviews which helps us improve upon ourselves every day compared to previous days' results.
