Review on APT Ultra High Polyethylene Tape Protection by Jake Hillyer

The change in function of the drawers in my old dresser is amazing. I attached pieces of tape to the drawer rails in the closet on both sides. I also attached short pieces along each vertical side of the drawer opening in the closet. I moved this piece back about 1/2 inch from the front of the cabinet. Finally, I attached four rail fasteners with rectangular UHMW heads to each drawer. Two on the rear bottom edge of the drawer itself and two on the front of the cabinet drawer opening at the bottom of the drawer opening, in line with the bottom of the drawer and at the back about 1/2 inch from the front of the cabinet. Now there is no friction of wood on wood. All UHMW plastic to plastic. Now I have to worry about pulling the drawer too hard and pulling it out of the closet. I'm very pleased and plan to use this approach in several other drawer cabinets I have.
