Update: The company I spoke to wasn't the one I needed to speak to. I was addicted to Tronics - the company and they are wonderful. They sent me a replacement part free of charge. The solenoid was not included. Had to spend another $20 for the solenoid. I emailed the company and they didn't replace it. The horn itself is a good thing. It's under the hood and still makes a lot of noise. The biggest problem isn't getting Solanod and replacing it yourself.
