The case itself is durable and protects my speaker very well. The speaker fits like a glove in the case. Some say the connector and cable don't fit into the speaker case, but with a little maneuvering it will fit. Just make sure the connector is folded/folded so it doesn't stick out due to the tight fit. I had no problem installing the plug/cable AND the speaker. The reason for the 2 stars is because of the lightning. They are very cheap and break the first time you use them. There are 2 zippers and although the first broke and fell out on first use I was still able to use the case as it had a different zipper. Well, this too has slowly fallen apart over the course of a few uses and now I have an unusable, non-zippered bag. I should note that I've used this case fewer than a dozen times and with very little use (I haven't handled it by hand). Too bad because I really like the case and it does its job well. If they spent another 0.25 to get better quality zippers this would easily be a 5 star product.
