In any case, this should be a $3 item, not an $8 item. It fits quite well but definitely not for winter, it's a bit thin and there should be more material in the neck to expand it. This works well at temperatures between 45 and 60 degrees and little wind. I got it for moped and bike riding, it will work fine for that until fall. I have heavier ones when it gets cold.
