Wash exercise and fitness clothes

I work in the medical field and I wear my hair collected in it. Very comfortable to support long thick hair easily. But only the first wear... after a wash they seemed to shrink a bit and didn't fit. Because as often as we have to wash protective clothing, this is not an option in the long run. I'm sorry but I don't recommend it.
