Well I like everything about this product except that I didn't manage to assemble it properly. Okay, I'm admittedly inexperienced at assembling furniture. After a few hours I was able to get it working, but I couldn't fully close the file drawer. Finally I gave up. The sad thing about many of these products is so much time and effort, and yes, QUALITY that could be improved with a simple but careful assembly video. It annoys me to no end that a company asks you to assemble a product but does not provide a detailed assembly video that is available on the purchase page. So if you are not good at assembling, find another product. It's a shame because it could have been a really great product.
