I have a 15 year old large green/grey sofa that sits very low. There were large cushions, which are necessary to sit "properly" on the sofa. Over time the couch has been cleaned up (due to dogs, cats, time) with some pillowcases and while the throw pillows are in perfect condition I just wanted to change the color up a bit. I chose brown because my pillowcases are dark brown. It's a bit lighter and I like the contrast. If I look closely, the covers are brown with small black spots. The zipper is hidden and seems strong enough, but be careful when stuffing the pillows. I fold them, slide them in, and then carefully seal them. No problem. But I'm not sure I can handle rough handling when pasting. I needed 6 cases so I bought 3 packs (2 each). I figured I'd buy them all at once in case there was a difference in color due to many changes. They all look the same. Has a good, clear look. That was my goal. I like these and would consider them again. If anything changes I'll report back to update. I recommend!
