I have purchased two units, one for my north home and one for my south home. The installation went with a bang. Everything you need is included. With the iPhone app I can view both properties at the same time or separately. You can set areas of movement to alert you when something approaches that area. It will send an email or text with an image so you don't have to go to the console to view it. What I recently discovered with the help of Emma from ZOSI is that she gave me a certificate as proof that I had the device installed in my Florida home and the insurance company gave me a discount on accident insurance!
