This face "lifter" is a good idea but the hole under the chin left a deep circle on my skin in the morning despite the fact that it was looser has made. There shouldn't be a hole so I took a surgical face mask and placed it where the chin hole is and it's more comfortable. I also washed it as the bag it comes in is a zip bag and I also found that the spot where the chin hole is irritates the skin and it itches a bit. In addition, the material should be softer and less irritating. I'm sorry but 3 stars is all I could give this product and if it weren't for Covid I would send it back, it's not worth the price, could have done it a lot cheaper.
