I love that it allows me to do all my church financials from one place! It takes some getting used too but once you figure out how everything works its great!! Sometimes there are technical issues like not being able to upload files or pictures when adding events/financial activities etc. There have been times where we share our entire budget with others (or just ourselves) and then realize later what was missing after posting or updating an item. Its also really easy to get overwhelmed looking at so many different areas of your accounting system if this isn't something you're familiar with (like myself). If someone has no experience using any other programs they can use this program without much trouble since most things look very similar between those two systems. The benefits include ease of access through mobile devices as well as having everything consolidated into 1 computer instead of multiple ones. Also helps keep track of budgets better than doing them individually.
