This skirt is VERY comfortable. It fits perfectly. I'm not a fan of dresses/skirts. I don't usually like how my full figure looks in skirts or dresses. But this skirt is very flattering for a full figure. The band at the top is wide and can be folded down if you want it smaller. The best thing about this tie is that if you decide to wear it as a top/dress, the tie acts as a halter. Even with my tall figure, I would wear it as a strapless top with yoga pants. As a short dress, it will also look good on little girls. Personally, I like it so much as a skirt that I bought a second one in a different color. For reference, I'm 48 years old, 5ft 7in, 235lbs and I got 2X but this material is so soft and stretchy I could order 1X and it would be fine.
