Pro:1. Nice design and made of thin metal2. Relatively light 3. Height adjustable Cons: 1. It didn't work.2. I wish the USB cable was longer so I can plug it into an outlet rather than my laptop3. The lowest height was too high in my opinion4. I didn't like the two large stops at the bottom (they are supposed to prevent the laptop from slipping down). I found them bulky and unattractive compared to the rest of the sleek cooler design. The design looked good, I liked that it was thin metal and I liked that it was height adjustable. However, the lowest height setting still felt too high for me (I sometimes use it without an external keyboard/monitor attached to my laptop, so it was very high and uncomfortable for me to continue typing on the laptop). I felt the height was intended for those using the laptop as a second monitor with another external monitor or just holding the laptop, but they won't be using the laptop primarily. It's normal, I just wasn't expecting it, so when I set it up I was shocked at how high the lowest settings were. Ultimately, this thing just didn't work for me. I've tried plugging it into my laptop and also tried plugging it into an outlet to make sure it's just my laptop. No none of them worked and it just never turned on no matter what I did. Disappointing because I was really looking forward to it. So!
