He is not suitable for HR.

Received a gold bracelet as a gift for my HR. When reassembling I found that both ends are the same. It didn't fit the side with the button. The packaging is gone. Are single ends available? It should be an easy exchange. Very, very disappointing. Shouldn't give any stars.
