By the phone number indicated in the warranty, they invited me to the warranty department, where, after looking at the device, they said that everything is fine, the inaccuracy of the pulse measurement is not a malfunction.
- Incorrectly measured pulse. I bought this particular device in order to be able to constantly measure the pulse, including during walks. It turned out that MiBand2 shows the pulse much more accurately.
