I like being able to check my schedule quickly at any time of day or night with no additional cost! There really isn't anything i dislike about this program - it's easy enough for me as an owner/client myself so everyone can use without difficulty in getting started. You should consider taking advantage if they offer free training through their website because you will learn how things work very easily once implemented properly (which shouldn’t take long). We are helping our clients by providing them access to us 24 hours per week via email which has cut down greatly from needing actual office staff during business days only 8am – 5pm MST Monday thru Friday The ease of use for both clients and vets! It's been a huge help to my business in many ways from timekeeping (easy as pie!), client communication via messages & surveys. Nothing at this point - we've only just started using it but am super excited about how easy everything has become so far. Highly recommend if you're looking for an all rounder for your vet clinic needs. We are solving our admin issues with having more time available for patient care.
