I bought this for my 7 month old pug puppy who has just been neutered. I bought a large size, it's a bit long from neck to tail but otherwise fits well. She weighs about 14 pounds. The shirt covers the cutting area perfectly. I'm not sure the hole around her butt will stay clean when she goes potty, so I undo a couple of the bottom latches and fold them up so she can go about her business. Velcro would have been better than zippers, but they're still pretty easy to attach with a wavy pup. She'll probably still wear this even though she's feeling better because she looks so darn cute!
