I like how they help me to see my business needs as a whole. It's great because it gives you more knowledge about your organization than ever before. The only thing i don't really like about them is that sometimes the training sessions are not very helpful for people who have no experience with enterprise performance management. Sometimes they can be too technical for some of us but if you're open minded enough this will surely suit well with you! We use their services when we were building our new project called "My Project". They helped improve our efficiency by solving many problems regarding process improvement and also helped us define which processes we need to change or enhance.
