I love this stroller- the big wheels run smooth on my urban sidewalks- smoothing out the bumps and managing height gaps of an inch or so without getting stuck or jostling my special needs dog. The single 360 degree front wheel makes it easy to maneuver even with one hand. The basket underneath is roomy enough that I can use her wheelchair and store it when she tires. The adjustable handle is so much better ergonomically than a regular stroller handle and well padded. The seat area could easily handle 2 medium sized dogs. I would recommend looking on YouTube for assembly how-to: it is actually very simple but the included pictorial instructions were confusing. So, why didn’t I give this stroller 5 stars? The seat "pad” is about as soft as sitting on an ironing board! I immediately ordered a small crate pad to add to it.
