Overall a good bootcamp shoe
I've worn these twice for bootcamp workouts. I like that they are flat enough for squats and lunges. I love that they have a little cushion for walking while exercising and jumping rope. Overall I love them and ordered the same size I always order with sneakers and they fit perfectly. Additionally, there is a harder rubber insert on the side that improves stability when moving from side to side. I would definitely order again.
