It doesn't work at all!

Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I don't think so. It just doesn't work. I tried to shape my eyebrows. I've tried applying light and strong pressure and they don't jam at all. They managed to pull out two hairs, but they didn't cut her hair the way it was supposed to. (And the large trimmer head does absolutely nothing. It doesn't even move!) I gave it to my daughter. If they don't fit her either, I'll send them back. I am extremely disappointed.
