I use this shirt for training and running in it. It's very breathable and I appreciate that it's not very tight around the chest and is a little loose, so unlike a typical cotton shirt there's a lot of freedom of movement and aerodynamics while still sitting on you and not feeling too bulky. . It seems to ventilate my sweat well so I don't overheat. Overall it's really good! I would recommend it to anyone who plays sports, works out or lifts weights. It can also be used as a lightweight tank top.
