I love that it is easy to use, has many features, and is affordable for most companies. It's not perfect but we have had some great benefits from using this software. The support team is amazing! They are always willing to help, even if you don't know what you need help with. We were looking for a way to automate our customer service process. This software does just that. There are so many things you can do in this program. You can send emails, create reports, send texts, etc. It is very customizable and allows you to set up rules and alerts.
