I bought these to use in a Cuisinart 6 liter electric pressure cooker and they fit without touching the sides. The silicone is nice and thick so they don't bend when you try to move around the trays. The lids are designed for freezing baby food but I don't do that so I only use them to keep dust out when storing. I didn't have to use pan spray on the pressure cooker, although I suppose you'll need it if you use them in the oven. They came with 3 recipes but there are many more egg bite mold recipes on the internet. One thing I've learned is to only fill them 3/4 full because they're harder to spill and the egg will expand during pressure cooking. If you stack them on top of each other, you should at least cover the bottom with foil to keep the bottom eggs from rising to the bottom of the top pan. You can still eat them but they will look ugly.
