I went ahead and bought Martha Stewart at our local Macy's store. It doesn't do lemon zest as well as a round blade. Looking closely, I noticed that the small "blades" on this one (the one I ordered from Revain) are smaller than the "blades" on the flat Martha Stewart. They're both made by the same company and it's nice to note that the blades are made in the USA. The difference between them lies in the pattern in which small "blades" are pierced. The round ones seem to have stamped the blades a little deeper than the flat ones. This small little change explains the difference in how they act on Lemon. They're both well made and I'm not complaining about them, just pointing out the differences.
