I like how it integrates well with other tools we use in our sales department such as Salesforce and Microsoft Excel. It's easy enough for someone new to this system to learn quickly but very powerful once they get used to all its features! The interface can be improved however. If you don't have any existing integrations (such as Dynamics or HubSpot), then this will definitely take some time learning. Otherwise, there are plenty of training videos available online which walk users though each feature step by step if needed.
