Here is my experience with the Burst dental floss. To be honest I feel like we were robbed of $70 of our hard earned money with this product. In less than 45 days it stopped working! Beginning. It has a lot of power, it's easy to charge and most importantly it has a wonderful design that other water purification products don't have. After about 30+ days, however, the power will not turn off! It was uncomfortable! And it doesn't turn on after a few days! Now it's completely dead. We've tried everything from charging to completely drying etc. but it's dead. I really wanted to like it because we are big fans of burst toothbrushes. our whole family uses it. To think that you can expect the same good and reliable performance from another product is proving to be a mistake. I recommend their toothbrushes but I wouldn't pay a penny for their floss.
