A complete disaster, the product definitely did not pass the quality check!!!

This is definitely a raw product from Apple, which is being tested by life.

Let's see what the service center says. I expect that after the end of the warranty period I will have to buy new ones. And it's unlikely to be Apple.

: the service center changed both headphones, leaving my case. Another six months passed (! ) and the right earpiece began to rattle again.

I use it mainly as a headset. Now only the left ear. Let's see if they exchange it this time. The warranty has already expired.
I read somewhere that this is due to clogging of the microphone for noise reduction.

 2: Apple has acknowledged a defect in headphones released before October 2022. 

Pros

Soundproofing with active noise cancellation does its job well. Most of the good reviews are from people who have just bought these headphones. I hope in time they will come and correct their reviews.

Cons

Six months later, the sound began to rattle in one of the headphones. A year later, the situation repeated itself. The problem with the reliability of these headphones is massive. Be prepared for constant changes. You can buy an Apple Extended Warranty for them.
