Lack of quality control
Lapis Lazuli oil is great, but masks clearly lack quality control. Before I ordered I saw reviews from others saying their mask had gone rancid. I figured this needed to be done so I'll go ahead and order, but my mask arrived rancid, brown, runny, and with a strong odor that lingers in your chest when you inhale it; I left it open long enough to take the picture I took and I could feel it in my chest for hours. This is unsafe and not normal, not the level of quality I expect from Herbivore.
