Review on Instant Vortex Official Grill And Lifting Rack With Skewers, 6-Piece, Stainless Steel by Heather Hale

I'm new to using this air fryer, and I expect to be making homemade pizzas occasionally, but it would have been nice to receive at least some information about usage and care on the cardboard packaging. Perhaps I would like to know if this pan can be used to proof the dough (probably not). I suspect that proofing in this pan would make a mess, so maybe an additional solid pan could be included, even for a higher price point.On a side note, this is one of several accessories available for the Instant Vortex 10Qt, but I would like additional cooking trays and rotisserie baskets, which are apparently not available to purchase separately.
