Review on 3D Building Estimator by Jerry Estrada

It's easy enough you can use it even if your not very familiar with AutoCAD or other CAD programs like Revit etc., I also love how fast they respond back when contacting them about any issues we have been having! They do charge $99 per year which may be steep but honestly worth every penny as far my personal experience goes!! There were times where some of our drawings would load slow so maybe try another program just incase? We're using this software mainly because its user friendly (easy), quick response time from their team members/staff who answer questions via email & phone calls along wtih live chat support available 24hrs 7 days week.
