The capability that we can track assets with different tags (such as location, type or status). This software also allows us keep an eye at our fleet activities in real time - this really saves valuable man power! I dislike it if my computer has not internet connection when using hcc because then i have no way out but just wait till next day's work starts again.. It could be more comfortable like google maps map interface where users don't feel blocked. With only 2 computers available it was quite difficult to run multiple applications simultaneously without any kind of lag effect. We were able solve problems related asset tracking/monitoring which previously would've been very hard otherwise due lack of resources. The dashboard is easy to navigate and the software is very intuitive. The system is very robust and can handle a large volume of information. The system is extremely flexible and can be customized to fit the needs of the organization. The system is very reliable and has proven to be very effective. There is nothing I dislike about the system. It has been very effective in our organization and has allowed us to provide our customers with the necessary information they need to make informed decisions.
