Slow Read/Write Speeds, Constantly Slow

I've recently started using this docking station to transfer large backups to blank hard drives (spinning hard drives) for external storage. I immediately noticed that WEMe was taking too long to transfer, longer than when using other docks in the past. So I started doing tests on this WEMe. For all of these tests, I used a 2.5-inch, 5400 rpm hard drive. WEMe's average data transfer rate was only 35 MB/s. , constantly). This was in MANY tests, each time using the same hard drive over the same USB 3.0 port. I've only had one of those WEme docks, so maybe this unit is kind of poor quality. Buyers beware.
