Review on Empire Level 330 24 Polycast 24 Inch by Ray Gist

I don't know what to make of this spirit level. It's lightweight, easy to read and visible (it's YELLOW): ideal for use in the home, garden and garage. Each of the three bottles is in different positions (45°, level, plumb) which is definitely a plus. The gradations are well defined, but are "at the bottom" of the layer, so they're likely to become illegible over time. I'm hesitant to take it to work as it doesn't "feel" solid in your hands. Polycast (a pretty word for plastic) looks like it will break or bend too easily. For the price you really can't go wrong in my opinion. But if you are looking for a permanent level to share your life with, I would save $10 and put it on a nice wooden level.
