The team is amazing! They are always available for support when needed which I appreciate very much because it helps me feel like my business needs matter as well. Their knowledge in Salesforce really comes into play from time to time so that can be helpful but not necessary something you need all of their expertise about (which they do have). We were able to integrate our CRM system together within an hour or two after meeting them face to face. Not only did this save us money since there was no additional training costs involved,but also helped create consistency across departments without any effort required on part of ourselves due to using one platform throughout every department internally.
