Review on Timex Womens T2N917 Weekender Watch by Jenna Perez

I loved this watch but the stem broke after only wearing it for three weeks. I returned it with the Asurion warranty that came with the watch when I bought the Revain. They seemed helpful, gave me a return label for the watch and said I would be credited for purchasing a replacement watch. Just realized I sent it in weeks (months?) ago and haven't seen any credit or a repaired watch. I'm sad. I really liked the watch after wearing it for a short time, but I don't want to buy another one.
