You get what you pay for.
I received the balls as described. 100 recycled balls in a black mesh bag. Basically cannot be used for golf competitions - these are disposable balls. There weren't any cracked or badly worn ones in my bag, but many of them were obviously older or had been in the water longer. Some also seemed to peel off, which I found odd. But at about 0.25 cents a ball, the price is right because where I'll beat them, they're disposable anyway.
