I used it primarily for bike trips because it's easy to forget that your pulse is already over 140+ while you're enjoying yourself and not feeling out of breath. In the near future, I intend to get a smart watch for it so that I won't have to rely on electronic devices like smartphones, for instance. In general, the item is useful and important, and I would suggest getting it. Got pros: A sensor with a good heart rate. The battery should be sufficient if, after training, you remember to detach the sensor from the belt and do not forget to do so. Some cons: The Polar applications themselves have several issues, such as the fact that they reset the date of birth, and in order to change it again, you have to navigate through the entire list, which may be very exhausting. Continually and obsessively recommends that the GPS be turned on.
