They loosen up after a few days
At first I thought they were too small on my one foot; my heel was hitting the hard back and it was uncomfortable to walk in. But they tell you in the instructions to give the slippers a chance to stretch out a little, and they did! I was so glad because I really didn't want to send them back. They are pretty, soft, and warm. So glad they fit now.
