The ease of use is great because it was easy to incorporate into my daily workflow. I like that all updates are sent out via email which makes me feel better about keeping up with things without having someone constantly asking if they should be doing something else (also known as "sales"). It helps keep track of sales reps' schedules but sometimes when sending an update through their mobile apps there seems to be some lag time between hitting send/posting before being able to see changes reflected back within the system. There isn't anything specifically wrong though just trying to figure what could possibly cause this delay since we haven't been given very clear instructions other than saying its normal behavior once submitted from one rep - another issue has been figuring how long after submitting does it take to show up here. Keep using it until they release new features then try again if needed. Having a tool where everyone knows exactly who needs.
