I like that it is very easy of use with no technical knowledge required! It's also cheap compared other cloud solutions out there (AWS/Azure).

The only thing i dislike about bare metal clouds are their support team - they're not as fast nor friendly than most others providers we've used so far but otherwise good service overall. We needed an option where our customers could access all services without having any IT infrastructure at hand which was provided by this solution since day one till today when still using them.
