This machine makes amazing ice cream! I'm very pleased with its ability to make "snow" quickly! However, when crushed ice is served, it's a bit messy. You will need a towel or padding to catch the excess from the bowl where it is collected. Bits go everywhere, but the crushed ice results are worth it.
