This is a great fitness watch. Heart rate is more sensitive than my Garmin Vivoactive watch and my previous Samsung watch and my previous Polar watch. When I say "responsive," I mean when I'm lifting weights and my heart rate peaks at 140 beats per minute, it fits into the schedule. When I sit down to rest it drops to 80 or 90 and shows it. After a workout I can see where my really heavy sets were and understand what I was doing back then. Unlike my previous watches, they lagged by a lot of time, and my readings afterward looked like a wave, not a spiky path. The watch has a lot of training. They seem to mainly track heart rate, speed and distance, which is fine with me. A watch that tracks specific weightlifting moves is more of a distraction than anything else. If you care about specific apps, there really isn't much you can add to an app clock. The appearance is very pleasant and professional. I chose green and I love the brushed nickel finish and the glossy screen. The bracelet isn't flashy, but it's not orange or red either, so I can wear it to work and it complements my look rather than detracting from it. It was a good buy.
