The case is OK. The phone is not designed well and the worse smart phone I've owned. I am looking forward to the time when I can trade it in for a different one. The problem with the case is the fingerprint sticker combined with bad directions. The fingerprint sticker is sticky on the inside and a spec of something attached when putting the phone in the case. I opened the case to remove the spec and attempted to gently use the included "cleaning" cloth to remove the spec and lint from the cloth made it worse. I tried to peel off the sticker to put a new one on and the glue spread across the case. tried cleaning with rubbing alcohol and electronics cleaners to no avail. Better instructions to warn about the fingerprint tab would help avoid these issues and probably reduce the number of returns. Again I think the phone is poorly designed which makes it challenging for the manufacturers to engineer a good fitting and functioning case. I'll have to rely on my insurance to "protect" the phone and trade-in as soon as possible.
