Updating my Previous 4 Star Rating: I seriously have to downgrade my original rating on this product. This is NOT an odor neutralizer/air neutralizer; diluted air freshener only. Yes, you get a lot of splatter for your money in terms of volume. But I have to use twice as much as other natural air fresheners I've used. The biggest problem is that it doesn't work where I wanted to use it - in the bathroom. Typical bathroom odors are NOT eliminated, but only covered with fragrance for a short time. I've been looking for a real odor neutralizer/odor neutralizer in the bathroom again. Maybe the ones used for pet odors will work like the tray - my next attempt at replacing an air neutralizer that worked for me but has since gone out of business. Green tea and hinoki cypress oils were used which really got rid of the bathroom odor and other smells.
